Paul Emmerson is well known to the Valley and is a fifth generation farmer in the Mulgowie and Thornton districts.
Paul Emmerson took over the firm of of Ken Hooper and Associates in 1995. In 2004, he also added the Laidley Law firm of GJ Buckley and Associates to join the Law and Accounting firm structure in Gatton and Laidley. In July 2013, the firm restructured the business of Ken Hooper and Associates and G J Buckley and Associates (Laidley) to come under the one banner of Emmerson Legal and Accounting Pty Ltd.
Paul Emmerson was admitted to practice as a Solicitor in 1990 and some years earlier in 1982 as a CPA.
Paul Emmerson’s accredications include Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) and Bachelor of Laws (LL.B). Paul is also a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA), an accredited specialist in Business Law, a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and was duly appointed a Notary Public.
Paul Emmerson is passionate about being involved with many ventures within the Lockyer Valley, including local schools, Mulgowie Off Road Racing Venture, Lockyer Better Business and the ongoing development of our community.
